"This was the first home we had built from ground up.  We had experience in remodel work but not a custom home build.  Greg made our experience a positive success via his collaborative approach, attention to detail, outstanding communication, and overall stellar general management.  Communication and transparency were major keys to the success of our build.  Greg has outstanding communication skills.  We were never left asking ourselves, when will we hear the status of our house.  Communication was fluid and timely regardless of good news or not so good news.  When building or remodeling a house there will always be unforeseen challenges or seen another way, opportunities.  Whenever we ran across a situation Greg was quick to bring it to our attention and then together, we decided the right path forward.  At the end of our project not only are we proud owners of a beautiful custom-built home but we also have a new and cherished friendship with Greg and Cindy.
