We were kept informed on almost a daily basis on the progress of our project, even at the outset when schedules were disrupted by heavy rains.  We were fortunate that when conditions improved, Greg made sure that our project was a priority for the subcontractors he worked with.  In hindsight, this was prescient as we are aware of others whose projects dragged on, incurring delays and increased costs stemming from the pandemic which we were able to avoid.  We also made a number of changes as the project progressed, mostly in the form of upgrades and suggestions made by Greg and his team.  These were all handled seamlessly.  For example, we made the decision to use engineered flooring versus the standard floors originally planned after Greg (and Madison) suggested we consider this upgrade.  After we moved in, Greg was quick to offer help and suggestions when questions arose, even though his job was (in theory) complete.  In summary, if considering a building project, you need to call Greg at the outset.  You will be glad you did."
