"Greg was extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient during our entire build process.  He was very effective in all phases of project management, from planning, organizing and communicating across all involved parties, including our neighborhood POA, subcontractors, inspectors and us.  He was very good at leading us through the entire process, as this was our first time building a home.  Even though we were living ~500 miles away during the build process, we felt very comfortable due to the constant communication.  Pictures were posted almost daily, showing the constant progress.  Of course, unforeseen issues are inevitable.  The key to working through such issues is timely communication.  Greg was excellent at addressing these immediately, and offering solutions/alternatives for us to consider.  Our overall experience was excellent.  We would certainly recommend Greg to anyone, and considering that we lived ~500 miles away, and had the COVID pandemic hit in the middle of our build process, it was amazing that the project was kept on schedule, with only minor adjustments.  We would highly recommend Greg as your builder.  Not only does he follow his timeline and keep to milestones, but he also listens to your concerns, changes and recommendations.  We really enjoyed our experience with Greg!  The comments above give detail, but the simple answer is - we would do it again with Greg in charge."
