"Greg is a very hard working man with great character.  He is also very responsive, good natured and funny.  Communication skills are probably Greg's greatest strength, both with his subcontractors and clients.  We had many subcontractors tell us privately how much they enjoyed working with Greg and we believe he gets better and more responsive work from them because of that.  When unforeseen challenges were identified Greg was very good at communicating the problem and coming up with a plan to address it.  We thoroughly enjoyed working with him on our project and would definitely like to work with him again if we decide to build again in the future!"
