"We were lucky to have had Greg as our project manager on building our custom home.  He was able to build us the home of our dreams while making an extremely complicated situation during covid a non issue.  He guided us through what seemed like an endless series of decisions by simplifying each phase and using his knowledge and expertise to ensure we were happy with the outcome.

Greg brought a solution oriented approach to a wide range of challenges during our custom home project that was fraught with challenge after challenge due to covid supply chain and cost issues.  He worked to resolve each issue to make sure we were happy with the final product.  For example, when prices were rising, Greg advised us to pre-order everything we could to avoid price increases and in other instances suggested alternatives where appropriate to manage the final budget in ways that we didn't think possible, while not sacrificing on quality.

If there was one word we would use to describe our experience it would be amazing!  We couldn't have asked for a better communicator, advocate or advisor, hands down!  We wouldn't consider doing another construction project without Greg.

In summary, we were extremely happy despite all the issues of building a home in the midst of Covid and consider Greg a life long friend who we were blessed to have had during an extremely stressful period of time in our lives.
