We will conduct a final walkthrough ensuring your satisfaction. A punch list will be created and completed. Then we hand you the keys to your MASTERPIECE!

Review construction plans and begin the process of selecting items that will be installed in your home.

We obtain approvals from your community (if applicable), as well as the city, county or other necessary authorities.

Once the estimate is revised to reflect the desired and realistic investment, a construction contract will be prepared, reviewed and signed by all parties.

We take a systematic and organized approach in analyzing the many facets of your project with the goal of achieving the best possible value for your investment.

Based on the gathered information a detailed estimate will be created and presented to you, allowing opportunity to ask questions and make revisions.

Prepare an initial agreement which details the services needed prior to construction. We will review, discuss and then sign.

We will meet at your property to do an initial evaluation and gather important details related to the project.
