We love living in Western North Carolina! There are lots of reasons for making this statement, but one of the most important is the amazing weather and extended outdoor season we enjoy. Having a beautiful outdoor space to maximize the enjoyment of your home is something we enjoy developing for our clients. Some of the outdoor spaces we would love to create for you include; screen porches, in-ground swimming pools and patios, deck spaces, outdoor kitchen and firepit areas to name a few. PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING
Review the outdoor plans and begin the process of selecting items that will be needed for your project.

We obtain approvals from your community (if applicable), as well as the city, county or other necessary authorities.

construction contract
Once the estimate is revised to reflect the desired and realistic investment, a construction contract will be prepared, reviewed and signed by all parties.

We take a systematic and organized approach in analyzing the many facets of your project with the goal of achieving the best possible value for your investment.

Construction estimate
Based on the gathered information a detailed estimate will be created and presented to you, allowing opportunity to ask questions and make revisions.

Some examples of this could include: construction plans created, survey performed, site plan created, desired finishes determined, site visits by trade partners, etc.

preconstruction agreement
Prepare an initial agreement which details the services needed prior to beginning the project. We will review, discuss and then sign.

We will meet at your home to do an initial evaluation and gather important details related to the project.
